For New Years Eve, we went over to our friends house to play games and celebrate!

At midnight, we rang this Japanese gong 108 times total. Apparently its a tradition at some of the shrines on New Years.
On New Years Day we were treated with SNOW!
Sam spent so much of the day just watching out the window. 
We went on a walk right in the middle of the storm. This was right at the beginning.
He's never really been in snow before, it was pretty funny to watch!
This was the end of our walk...quite a lot of snow!

That night, our friends Blake and Margot came over and we had fondue!
